Step One: Review & Commitment
Your journey begins by reviewing and electronically agreeing to our Puppy Care & Sales Contract. This agreement outlines our care standards, expectations, and the details of our Genetic Health Guarantee, ensuring transparency and shared commitment to your puppy’s well-being.
Step Two: Puppy Reservation
Once the contract is complete, you may reserve your puppy directly through our website. Reservations are accepted on a first-come basis and securely hold your puppy until go-home day.
Step Three: Education & Preparation
After reservation, preparation begins. You’ll receive a curated series of educational emails designed to help you feel confident and ready before your puppy arrives. Topics include potty training foundations, play pen and safe space setup, daily routines, puppy-proofing your home, and what to expect during the first few weeks.
This intentional preparation supports a smooth transition for both puppy and family.
Step Four: Nutrition & Essentials
Your puppy’s foundation starts with proper nutrition. Families are required to place food, supplements, and essential supplies using the breeder-provided link. This ensures continuity in care and is directly connected to your Genetic Health Guarantee, supporting optimal development from day one.
Step Five: Pickup or Delivery Coordination
As your puppy’s go-home date approaches, we’ll personally coordinate pickup or delivery. Our goal is to make this experience seamless, stress-free, and tailored to your family’s needs.
Step Six: Welcome Your Puppy Home
You may choose to pick up your puppy at the designated location or have your puppy delivered safely to your doorstep. Each J&O Puppy goes home healthy, confident, well-socialized, and ready to begin life as a cherished family member.
